The Upper Room

Ministries

The Upper Room seeks to provide opportunities for people to encounter Jesus Christ, grow in faith and wholeness in Him, and become a part of an authentic Christian community. We are just beginning so we are initially concentrating our efforts in just a few areas of ministry: 1. Youth and, 2. Learn to Quilt Bible Study, and 3. Sunday evening worship service.

1. Youth Drop In - Fridays evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 for all youth aged 12+.

2. Worship: Teaching: "I Believe ..." Series - Sundays @ 11:00 am.

3. Learn to Quilt Bible Study - Tuesdays @ 7:00

The Upper Room with Grace Church offer four retreats following the spiritual formation four journey model. These retreats run in a two year cycle beginning with:

The Upward Journey - towards intimacy with God through Jesus Christ.

The Outward Journey - towards healthy relationships and community.

The Inward Journey - towards personal wellbeing, health and wholeness.

The Forward Journey - towards ministry competence using our gifts and talents.

These retreats occur on late May and October.
